Last September, the publisher confirmed that EA Motive ( Dead Space remake, Star Wars: Squadrons), the Montreal studio lead by Jade Raymond (Assassin’s Creed), is working on an Iron Man game. Monday’s announcement marks the second Marvel licensed game that EA has announced. “We want our game to enable players to feel what it’s like to be worthy of the Black Panther mantle in unique, story-driven ways, and we want Cliffhanger Games to empower everyone on our team as we collaborate to bring this amazing world to life," Stephen said. The team will also include talent from other games including God of War, Call of Duty, and Halo Infinite. Stephens has his own experience on successful games in the genre, working as the head of Monolith Productions during the development of both Middle-Earth: Shadow Of Mordor and Middle-Earth: Shadow of War. It will be developed by Cliffhanger Games, a new studio led by Kevin Stephens. The game will be a third-person, open world, single-player game, according to the publisher. A video game adaptation of Marvel’s Black Panther is in full-production, Electronic Arts (EA) announced Monday.
